Directions
Stipple bright Radiant Pearls colors onto fish stamp with Whiska Brush. Stamp onto paper. Coat image with clear coarse grind embossing powder, then coated with clear fine grind embossing powder, and then melted with heat tool. Colorize around the fish by stippling with Radiant Pearls. After five minutes the card was blotted and wet paint wiped from embossed fish.
Layer fish onto papers including vellum and paper enhanced with Radiant Pearls. Squiggle Colored Hot Melt Glue around edges. The upper fish, layered and embellished, is attached to the lower embellished card with foam tape or dots.
