KatTrax Whiska Stippler Brush
KatTrax Swiper

Using the Whiska Brush three colors of Radiant Pearls are stippled onto the rubber then stamped on tan colored paper. The card is dipped into clear coarse grind embossing powder (KatTrax 3-D) then dipped into clear fine grind embossing powder (KatTrax Clearly Speaking). The embossing powder is melted with heat tool. One of the wood tone Radiant Pearls colors was whisked onto the vein side of the Marble Cube with the Whiska Stippler then stamped onto the paper surrounding the rose. Repeat again with a second wood tone. Repeat a third time with a green tone. A pinch of brass detail embossing powder is lightly sprinkled here and there over the veins, then the card is dipped in clear fine embossing powder. The excess powder clinging to the rose is wiped away with the Swiper. The heat tool melts the powders. With the Whiska Stippler, Radiant Pearls are swirled and stippled over the rose and veins. At least three different colors are used creating a mottling and fusion of colors. The card is rubbed down removing recess paint from the embossed areas and polishing the background. This is layered onto a copper paper.

On the backing card, several colors of Radiant Pearls are brayered and stippled onto a tan paper. Radiant Pearls are whisked onto the Dragon Fly and stamped once and a second time, producing a dark image and a pale image. A third Dragon Fly is stamped with a fresh application of paint. Veins are stamped around the Dragon Flies. After the card is air dried a sage green colored translucent paper (vellum) is layer on top with the rose card layer on top.
