Joseph's Coat the Radiant Pearls Method
Apply Radiant Pearls directly to the stamp bt stippling on bright colors with the Whiska Stippler. Stamp and emboss with clear embossing powder. Coat entire image and surrounding paper with black ColorBox pigment ink by pouncing and swiping the pad over the surface of the card. The card should look completely black with a blackened embossed image. Coat with clear embossing powder and heat to melt powder. The image magically reappears in slightly muted colors on a shiny black background. Layer onto papers then embellish edges with colored hot melt glue.
