On White or Creme colored card stock stamp the Peaches with black pigment stamping ink and emboss with black detail embossing powder.

Apply a wet mask of Radiant Pearls to the peaches, leaves, stems and flowers (Oyster Shell leaves no color behind, so it makes an excellent wet mask). With the Whiska Stippler, apply light colors around peaches for a glow. Stipple (pounce) two colors for more richness and depth, such as Sapphire On Ice, then a little Twilight Time toward the outer reaches of the glow where it fades into darkness.

With the Swiper, remove the wet mask, swiping from the center of the image outward. Wipe the paint off the Swiper after each stroke. A streak of paint can be accidentally stoked across the freshly revealed card stock. With the dTail brush, paint the peaches, stems, leaves and flowers. Painting a little blue or purple color into the shadows enriches the look.  Add sparkle by "spattering" the background using the Kewl Tool and at least three colors: pounce the Kewl Tool into a puddle of paint, then pounce around the card. Wait 15 minutes, then blot the excess wet paint from the card.

Tear around card. Layer onto vellum then tear around edges. Layer onto scrap cardstock onto which you have been cleaning the excess Radiant Pearls from your Whiska Stippler. Tear this layer inregularly, then layer onto Navy Blue Card stock.
