The image is stamped and embossed with black detail embossing powder. Using the dTail brush Radiant Pearls is painted into the image blending one color into another. The card is air dried and trimmed close to the border. This is layered onto a card (navy blue color) that has been stippled with Radiant Pearls (at least three colors) and the Kewl Tool and embossed with clear fine grind embossing powder. This is layered onto a green translucent paper (vellum). The final background paper is decorated with roundel swirls of Radiant Pearls using the Kewl Tool
