The following painting techniques can be seen on the video Radiant Pearls: The Journey Begins ($19.95 + $3.20 shipping + applicable tax -- Click to order)

On White or Creme colored card stock stamp the rabbit with black pigment stamping ink and emboss with black detail embossing powder. Using Radiant Pearls, paint the holly, berries (add extra berries), crown, jewels, candles and flame, then emboss with clear fine (or detail) embossing powder.

Apply a wet mask of Radiant Pearls to the face, ears, and costume of the rabbit (Oyster Shell leaves no color behind, so it makes an excellent wet mask). With the Whiska Stippler, apply candle glow around crown and hand held candle. Stipple (pounce) two colors for more richness and depth, such as Sour Lemon, then a little Sunset Glow toward the outer reaches of the glow where it fades into darkness. Stipple three colors around the outer perimeter of the card, creating a fusion of colors.

With the Swiper, remove the wet mask, swiping from the center of the image outward. Wipe the paint off the Swiper after each stroke. A streak of paint can be accidentally stoked across the freshly revealed card stock. With the dTail brush, paint the rabbit and his costume. Painting a little blue or purple color into the shadows enriches the look. The candle glow can be punctuated by putting the rabbits paw and lower part of his costume into the darker shadows: stipple blues and/or purples over the outer edges. Add sparkle by "spattering" the background using the Kewl Tool and at least three colors: pounce the Kewl Tool into a puddle of paint, then pounce around the card. Wait 15 minutes, then blot the excess wet paint from the card.

Attach the card to Silver Moiré card stock.

On a larger piece of Navy Blue colored card stock, drizzle "strings" of colored hot melt glue from a glue gun. After it has cooled, press a little crafting foil here and there accenting colors and creating shimmery areas: do not foil the glue solidly. Attach the silver edged card (central card) to the hot glued card with foam tape or Pop-Dots. The Pop-Dots are applied to the card stock, not the hot melt glue strings. Because the Pop-Dots are a little thicker than the hot melt glue strings, the central card sits slightly higher.
